Please use a good quality bubble-wrap envelope, and place heavy
cardboard on both sides of your prints. Place slides in their original
boxes, if available. Negatives, especially if old, must be handled very
carefully, because they may have become brittle and can crack easily.
PLEASE, keep negatives in the original sleeves, if available, and NEVER
CUT THE NEGATIVES APART!!! Each 35mm negative has a number next
to it, and you should refer to that number, as well as a very simple, brief
description of the picture, just to make sure we know exactly which
negative you want restored and printed or digitized.

If you MUST send a scan, for any reason, you can scan the picture (or
slide or negative, if you have the necessary scanning equipment) and
send it to us as an email attachment. The scan must be a very good quality
.jpg image. The size should be a minimum of 5" X 7" and 300dpi (dots per
inch), BUT:
We always prefer to do our own scans of the original for BEST RESULTS!

will be quoted to you once we receive the original print, negative, or slide
and we are able to evaluate the extent of work necessary.
Once we have received your original photograph, and we have done a
complete evaluation of the work required, we will send you a FIRM price
